If piracy didn&#039;t exist at all, they wouldn&#039;t have made a sale in countries in Africa in the first place. Piracy is generally rife in places where people can&#039;t afford the original goods. And the pirates are just catering to a market need. People in developing nations generally can&#039;t afford the original goods and would just have gone without. Or in the case of software, gone with the free alternative.</description>
