Last night we went down to Vic Bay to watch the film festival sponsored by Wavescape. We went with Kyle, Karen and some of Richard’s family from Australia.
The whole vibe is pretty kief. They set up a massive blow up screen on the grass there and everyone brings blankets and picnics and it’s a really chilled out time.

It was quite awesome for Jared, one of the aussies, because the film was about the history of J-Bay and the following day the aussies were heading up that way to surf it. (But this pic is of Karen, not Jared, btw.) |
