On Saturday we got the troops together for a fonue. Karen, Ryan, Tracey and Ruth came to join us for the evening. For people who haven’t hosted a fondue forever(!), we seemed to do pretty well - and the addition of the 90% meringue-lemon pie was awesome!

We headed out to Silvermine early in the day while the weather was still decent. It was great to get outside after all the rain!

We took a walk around the dam before heading up to the lookout point over Noordhoek.

We started heading back just in time though as the cold front was starting to send [...]

We caught a beautiful end of summer day and thought a braai was a plan!
