Ruth and I decided to get some plants to liven up our places. I thought I’d grab a nice photo of them before they go off to the beautiful Plant Heaven In The Sky. Which is where most plants that we buy tend to go. I’m not sure how Ruth’s don’t make it, but mine have in the past died from too much love. Too much water, and they peg it. So I’ve deliberately NOT named this one in the hope that it’s lack of name will make a difference.

  1. I hear that you should talk to them, play music to them… I tried taking them for walks too but they didn’t like that. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one who has plants die on them… I hear cacti don’t die as quickly… but its hard to love and get to know something so prickly.

  2. Yes, you’re right there - cacti take about a year to die. I had three of them and the only reason one of them survived is because I gave it away!

  3. Of course theres always plastic plants? They don’t die… and no one has to know they’re fake ;P They’re green all year round, they flower all the time, they don’t need water, they don’t loose leaves.

  4. That’s brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that before!!!
