Richard’s uncle managed to get us in to the taping of the TV show called “QI“. For normal people, you can go to the studios and queue for hours and then see the taping… or for people who know Dave’s friend, you can go to a pub and have a drink before skipping the queue and getting great seats in the studio.
Unfortunately photos weren’t allowed at any time in the studio so that’s why there aren’t any up here.
The final show is half an hour, but the taping takes just over two hours. The format of the show is that the host, Steven Fry, asks the panelists a series of questions about different topics. Since the guests are most often comedians you can be assured that the answers they give aren’t always right – but are always hilarious!
The show we watched will be aired in late September, and I’m looking forward to seeing which parts they landed up using.
So for two hours we laughed ourselves silly and then headed back to the pub…
