Sunday was a beautiful day so we decided to get up Table Mountain again. This time via Skeleton Gorge through Kirstenbosch Gardens.
The climb is basically uphill with no level bits along the way. But as you get out of the forest you get this awesome view stretching out behind you.

Some smart alec (me) suggested we should climb up Table Mountain on our day off. Crazy I tell you! Here we look all smily but really we’re just happy to be sitting down.

It was a beautiful day though. Great views, lots of sunshine and plenty of singing.

It’s ben so dry in Cape Town recently. Most of the mountains have been engulfed with flames…

One evening this month I got a call from Cuz and Jean. Apparently in the summer months, the cable car up Table Mountain operates at half price after 7pm. So we grabbed some Kauai and headed up the mountain the lazy way. This is Andrew and I at the top.
