Boulders has one of the best beaches in Cape Town. It’s nicely sheltered and the water isn’t completely freezing. Also, you get to be up close the penguins!

Getting There

As you drive from Simon’s Town towards Cape Point, you’ll see signposts with Penguins on them. Just follow these to the parking lots.

Entrance

We used the wild cards to get in, but the usual cost is R25 pp (adult) or R5 per child. That was in 2007.
